  • No password sharing. We use Shopify's collaborator access. You approve our request, you choose what we can reach, and you can remove our access any time.
  • Your shop stays yours. It's your Shopify account, your plan and your content.
  • You see it first. We show you changes before they go live.

Do I still pay Shopify?

Yes. Your Shopify plan is billed by Shopify. Our work is billed separately, by us.

How do you get into my shop?

Through Shopify's collaborator access. We send a request, you approve it with a code from your Shopify admin, and you pick the permissions. You can remove our access whenever you want.

Can you work on my current theme?

Usually, yes. We'd rather improve what's already working than start over.

What does it cost?

Every shop is different, so we talk through what you need first and then give you a quote.
